Dynamics CRM Administration Essentials

Overview:

This session will focus on the basics of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administration. It will cover all of the essential functions that CRM administrators commonly need to perform in order to keep the application working and updated for users. The session will include information presented by an instructor, a sample environment, and hands-on labs where users will work their way through sample administration tasks in order to gain some practical examples of each function and it’s use. Upon completion of the session, attendees will have a high-level understanding of what it takes to be a CRM Administrator.

Skill Level: 

Beginner - Intermediate. No experience with Dynamics CRM knowledge is necessary for this training.

Participants:

CRM Administration Essentials is intended for users who are looking to move into an administration role or perhaps people who are “self-taught” administrators looking for a little more guidance on best practices. This session will cover the basics of administration including how to manage making common updates to the application and how to manage the administration of users. Because this focuses on the administration of the tool and not the business capabilities, this session is not recommended for end users. This class will not go into details about more in depth administration topics such as ADFS, Exchange Server syncing and In Depth Process building.  Keep an eye out for future sessions that will cover these topics!

Monday, October 2nd - Wednesday, October 4th, 2017 (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) in Chicago, Illinois.

Cost:

$1750. Cost includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, and refreshments throughout the day. Cost does not include accommodations or travel expenses you incur in order to attend the session.
