Microsoft CRM Opportunity Management

Your sales force can use Microsoft CRM to track information about each opportunity, such as the contact information, the stage of the opportunity, the salesperson who is actively working it, assignment of revenue credit if the sale goes through, an assessment on the likelihood of closing, and a projected closing date. Opportunities can be linked with competitor information and analyzed to identify the most effective selling strategies.

The data entered into the opportunity records is automatically used in sales forecasting and sales management reports. There is no need for sales people to enter redundant data and mail files to their manager.

Conversely, sales managers and executives can run sales forecasting and opportunity reports at their convenience with up-to-date information.
