Residential, (NYSE:EQR) America's number one apartment company. With more than 1,000
properties across 35 states, it is the largest publicly traded owner and operator of multifamily
properties in the United States.
Equity Residential was converting several of their apartment property
locations from rental units into condos. Since
condo sales was a relatively new process for them,
Equity Residential needed a system to help them:
