Microsoft CRM Implementation

Selecting the right software to build and grow your sales and customer database is only part of the process. Sonoma Partners will help you implement the Microsoft CRM software at your company, including any type of customization, integration and training you require. We have implemented Microsoft CRM at more than 100 different customers starting with version 1.0, so you can be confident that we're not learning the product at your expense.

Common questions about our Microsoft CRM Implementation Services:

Q: How will know much it will cost for my company to implement Microsoft CRM?
A: Every customer has unique implementation needs so the implementation costs might vary widely. As a general rule of thumb, we tell prospects that they should plan to invest as much in professional services as they do on licenses. Therefore if you invest $50,000 on Microsoft CRM licenses, we would expect that a typical professional services engagement would cost in the $50,000 ballpark.

Q: Is there a minimum project size?
A: If you're going to invest into a CRM platform, we strongly believe that customers should dedicate the appropriate amount of time and energy to make sure the project gets the best opportunity for success. Therefore, Sonoma Partners follows our proprietary Microsoft CRM implementation process to help ensure a successful project. Based on our 50+ Microsoft CRM deployments, we feel that the minimum amount of time to complete our process is approximately 150 to 200 professional service hours (roughly $25,000 to $35,000).

Q: How can I get a more accurate cost estimate?
A: Please contact us to setup a 1-on-1 phone consulation with one of our Microsoft CRM sales experts. We can conduct an on-phone interview to better determine your exact implementation needs.

Q: We have our own technical staff performing our Microsoft CRM implementation, but I want to call Sonoma Partners for technical questions on an ad-hoc basis. Is this possible?
A: Sonoma Partners is a project based consulting firm, consequently we are not staffed to act as a support desk for customers. In these scenarios, we recommend that you contact Microsoft Technical Support for your technical questions as they offer incident-based pricing with no minimums.

Q: Does Sonoma Partners offer Microsoft CRM hosting?
A: We work with several excellent third-party companies that offer Microsoft CRM hosting on a per-user monthly fee basis and we can gladly introduce you to these companies. However, Sonoma Partners does not provide any hosting services ourselves.

Q: I am a Microsoft Partner and I would like to hire Sonoma Partners as a sub-contractor on my engagement.
A: We work with different Microsoft Partners in several types of engagements so please contact us if you have an opportunity you would like our assistance on. Based on our experience with past partner projects, we find that a joint side-by-side engagement with full transparency to the end customer generates the most successful projects.
