Therefore, Sonoma Partners follows our proprietary Microsoft CRM implementation process to help ensure a successful project. Based on our 50+ Microsoft CRM deployments, we feel that the minimum amount of time to complete our process is approximately 150 to 200 professional service hours (roughly $25,000 to $35,000).

A: Sonoma Partners is a project based consulting firm, consequently we are not staffed to act as a support desk for customers. In these scenarios, we recommend that you contact Microsoft Technical Support for your technical questions as they offer incident-based pricing with no minimums.


Q: Does Sonoma Partners offer Microsoft CRM hosting?
A: We work with several excellent third-party companies that offer Microsoft CRM hosting on a per-user monthly fee basis and we can gladly introduce you to these companies. However, Sonoma Partners does not provide any hosting services ourselves.


Q: I am a Microsoft Partner and I would like to hire Sonoma Partners as a sub-contractor on my engagement.
A: We work with different Microsoft Partners in several types of engagements so please contact us if you have an opportunity you would like our assistance on.
