Teams
A team is a group of users who share and collaborate on accounts and work projects. It can consist of members who report to a single business unit (all sales, all customer service, etc.) or members who report to different business units.
  Security Roles
Security roles are predefined groups of security privileges based on the type of tasks commonly performed by users, managing users, and system administrators. Select from one of 9 pre-defined security roles or create custom ones to meet your specific needs.

Templates
Microsoft CRM saves you time and standardizes customer service with e-mail, contract and knowledge base templates. Sample e-mail templates include "Follow up to your request" and "We haven't heard from you..."
  Announcements
Quickly and easily communicate with your entire organization using Announcements. All announcements allow for an expiration date and more info URL.

Subject Manager
Use the Subject Manager page to build or modify your organization's subject tree. The hierarchy you create here will be reflected in products, cases, sales literature, and knowledge base articles throughout Microsoft CRM.
  Product Catalog
A Microsoft CRM product catalog is comprised of the products that an organization sells and the accompanying pricing and unit information. This information includes price lists, unit groups, and discount lists. The sales force uses this information to accurately represent products to their customers, calculate quotes, and generate orders. Customer service representatives use the product catalog to view information about the products they discuss with customers."); %>
