Microsoft CRM Project Manager/Consultant
We're looking for a CRM Consultant/Project Manager to drive enterprise Microsoft CRM implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. After our sales team wins a project, you'll become the main contact person for the customer to manage their project to make sure its delivered on-time and on-budget. You'll work with the customer to define their requirements and then you'll design and lead the system architecture process. Once that's complete, you'll implement most of their customizations yourself using the Microsoft CRM web-based customizations tools. Microsoft CRM Sales and Business Development
This highly motivated person will be responsible for prospecting and selling Microsoft Dynamics CRM
software and our consulting services to enterprise and mid-market businesses. Compensation is a
combination of base salary and commission, and there are no limits or caps on commissions. The
global market opportunity for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is growing rapidly with consistent double
digit growth annually. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM product is currently used by more than 1,000,000
users worldwide in 25+ different languages. As a sales consultant, you’ll be selling a very hot
product with the Microsoft name backed by a consulting firm that is highly specialized and widely
recognized for our experience with the product.
You will be responsible for the entire sales process from start to finish, including researching
leads, calling into accounts, qualifying prospects, conducting software demonstrations, and
creating proposals. You will have access to a Sonoma Partners technical sales specialist to
assist you during the sales process, but you'll be driving the sales process yourself. Our
leads are currently generated though several different channels such as outbound marketing,
Microsoft referrals, external referrals and inbound requests. Sales consist of both Microsoft
Dynamics CRM software licenses and our consulting services, typically ranging from $50,000 up
to $250,000.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research and prospect target leads

Qualify and respond to inbound inquiries and Microsoft referrals

Participate in and help manage marketing events/seminars

Prepare for and conduct software demonstrations (typically 30 to 60 minutes in duration). Demonstrations take place online or in person if the prospect is located in the Chicagoland area

This highly motivated person will be responsible for generating new business opportunities
