Update Rollup for Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook 1.2

Microsoft released a single update package that customers can install to solve issues users might experience with the Sales for Outlook add-in. This single update will replace the existing 55 hotfixes and updates (listed below) already released for the Sales for Outlook client. This rollup includes packages for both Microsoft CRM Server and the Outlook client to maintain parity between the client and server components of Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook 1.2.
