Microsoft CRM Integration with Great Plains, Solomon, Navision, Axapta

All Microsoft CRM customers who purchase at least one (1) license of Microsoft CRM Sales Professional or Microsoft CRM Suite Professional will receive the Microsoft CRM Integration toolkit at no additional cost.

Microsoft will also have tools available (same timing as integrations schedules per above) for businesses to migrate existing data in Great Plains, Solomon, Axapta and Navision to Microsoft CRM.

    Note: products, pricing, discounts, and invoices that only move from Great Plains to Microsoft CRM are said to be mastered in Great Plains. This means that the user in Microsoft CRM cannot create, update, or delete products.

    In addition to integration with the above software systems, Microsoft offers an Integration SDK that allows customers to build custom integrations to other ERP/backoffice applications.

    Summary: Microsoft CRM Integration tools will offer out-of-the-box real-time intergration with Microsoft Business Solutions backoffice products. The Microsoft CRM Integration toolkit will also allow customers to create custom integrations with other various apllications and sytems.
