Mike Snyder - Partner
Based in Chicago, Mike Snyder is co-founder and partner of Sonoma Partners. Mike co-authored multiple books about Microsoft Dynamics CRM that have sold more than 50,000 copies worldwide. Before starting Sonoma Partners, Mike led several product development teams at Motorola and Fortune Brands. Mike graduated with honors from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management with a Master of Business Administration degree, majoring in marketing and entrepreneurship. He has a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He enjoys ice hockey and golf in his free time.
Jim Steger - Partner
Based in Chicago, Jim Steger is co-founder and partner of Sonoma Partners. He has been developing CRM solutions for the past 10+ years. Microsoft recognized Jim's leadership in the technical community with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM MVP award. Jim has co-authored multiple books about Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Press. Before starting Sonoma Partners, Jim designed and led various global software development projects at Motorola and ACCO Office Products. Jim earned his bachelor's degree in engineering from Northwestern University.
Brendan Landers - Vice President of Consulting
Based in Chicago, Brendan has led numerous enterprise CRM implementation projects for companies in the following industries: professional and financial services, education, healthcare, hospitality, and others. Brendan co-authored multiple Microsoft Press books about Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Prior to Sonoma Partners, Brendan worked at Information Resources, Inc. as a Director, Quality Assurance and Delivery where he led several data quality and business intelligence initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Iowa.
Kristie Reid - Vice President of Consulting
Kristie is a Vice President of Consulting at Sonoma Partners, based out of Denver, CO. With over 15 years of experience in consulting and software implementation services, Kristie has helped a large number of companies solve critical technology issues through business process improvement, platform selection, requirements definition, and product implementations. She has led over 50 different CRM projects since joining Sonoma Partners in the following industries: education, franchise management, insurance, manufacturing, technology & software, and transportation & logistics. Kristie was the lead author for a Microsoft CRM security whitepaper and co-authored a Microsoft Press book about Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Kristie earned an MBA from University of Denver, and a bachelor's degree in Finance from Ohio University.
Corey O'Brien - Vice President of Software Development
Based in Chicago, Corey has more than 20 years of experience designing and developing software solutions using Microsoft technologies. Corey co-authored the Microsoft Press book Programming Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Corey holds patents for software concepts in both the Industrial Automation and Education industries. Corey earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Hope College in Holland, Michigan. He plays golf (but doesn't enjoy it) and frequently basks in the warm glow of his various electronic devices.
Brad Bosak - Vice President of Software Development
Based in Chicago, Brad Bosak has been developing client solutions on various CRM platforms for the past 10 years. Brad works on the most complex CRM projects at Sonoma Partners, using his deep product experience to meet various types of customer requirements. Brad co-authored the Microsoft Press book Programming Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Before starting at Sonoma Partners, Brad worked for several years as a .NET application developer and consultant. Brad earned his bachelor’s degree in computer technology from Purdue University. Brad enjoys taekwondo and playing guitar.
Ryan Toenies - Vice President of Sales
Based in Minneapolis, Ryan is responsible for managing the national sales team at Sonoma Partners. Leveraging more than 15 years of consulting and CRM experience, Ryan helps customers to understand how they can maximize their CRM investments to generate the highest level of business success. Prior to joining Sonoma Partners, Ryan worked for Inetium, LLC, where he built out their CRM practice. Ryan graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Statistics and Economics. He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and taking in an occasional campfire in the backyard.
