While Microsoft Dynamics CRM provides great features and capabilities as a stand alone application, customers frequently want to integrate their CRM system with other existing applications or web-based services. Some of these integrations are simple one-way nightly feeds, while other integrations require real-time bi-directional updates. We've completed dozens of complex integrations, including some of the commonly requested systems listed below.


SAP Used SAP as the data master, and changes made to the account record in SAP forced updates in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Used Microsoft BizTalk to integrate the data between CRM and SAP.	Gryphon DNC Setup a database using the national do not call list from Gryphon, compared the DNC list versus new and imported records and then scrub the list of contact records and phone numbers for compliance every 30 days.	Norvax Integrated Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Norvax's web services to provide insurance agents the ability to provide quotes and process applications directly within the CRM interface.
Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server Providing document management within SharePoint and linked through CRM.	Bing News Feed Pulled data from Bing News feed (blog type reader) into individual account records so that sales people could easily get the latest information.	Peoplesoft PeopleSoft to CRM bi-directional integration that sends data such as Opportunity, Deal Terms, Property Contacts, and Contract Owners back and forth to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Microsoft Dynamics GP Integration of MSCRM with back-end Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).	Fedex and UPS Integration with FedEx/UPS API's to display package tracking status when tracking number is provided.	Avaya IP SoftPhone As calls come in through the Avaya IP SoftPhone application, the system screen pops the record that corresponds with the incoming phone number (based on a set of matching criteria).
Silverlight Created custom drawing tool within Microsoft Dynamics CRM using Microsoft Silverlight. Included offline access.	Yahoo! Hoover's Integration between Microsoft CRM and Access Hoover’s allows users to search and extract information from the Hoover’s global database. Sales people can load up lists of contacts and accounts with just a few clicks.	Saleslogix Ongoing nightly integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SalesLogix.	BigMachines Integration with Big Machines SaaS offering for Order creation. Custom product selection/customization and proposal creation.
ExactTarget Advanced E-mail Marketing between ExactTarget's email marketing platform and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, includes the ability to send ExactTarget emails to Campaigns, Marketing Lists, Leads, Contacts, and Accounts.
