CRM Elements for Real Estate includes a very flexible pricing model to accommodate various types of pricing strategies. In addition to specifying a base price for each unit, you can also assign unit premiums that define additional amenities unique to each unit that will increase the unit's total price. In addition, you can determine whether you want to bundle parking and storage spots in each unit's price.

It is quick and easy to modify the unit's price (and all changes are tracked in price history).

Create and add no-cost add-ons simply. Once created, the quantity can be easily adjusted and data is automatically fed into contracts and other documents.
