When users access Vibe, right within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM User Interface, they’ll see the updates and comments related to their feeds. By default, each user is subscribed to any required company-wide feeds as well as their own user feed. They also can subscribe or unsubscribe to feeds simply by clicking a “Follow” or “Unfollow” button in Vibe.

Users can post updates to any feed by including the user or group feed name in their update. They also can respond directly to updates and view comments from other users. Security settings for creating and posting to feeds can be managed with Microsoft Dynamics CRM’s security module.

In addition to managing their subscriptions, users can personalize the avatar that appears next to their posts and comments. Vibe also allows users to select the way they want to receive their feed updates—either with real-time notifications in the Vibe client, in a daily or weekly e-mail, or by accessing the information from their mobile device or phone.
