Using workflow rules, you can create feed entries based on key events or milestones in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including activating a quote, winning an order, launching a marketing campaign, or resolving a case. Any record type that supports workflow rules can be used to trigger an update in Vibe. Updates can be directed to a specific user or feed, and can include a link to a related record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
